Arlo Troubleshooting |
Navigate my.arlo.com or tap on Arlo app in your device
Access Arlo login my account on the app
Search the "Settings" When Arlo account
displays on the screen and click on it
You will see a list of Arlo cameras on your screen.
Choose the Arlo camera in which LTE signals need to be authenticated.
Visit the General Settings
Inspect the Network Mode and confirm that it is set to
"Auto" mode. If the HSPA or HSPA+ bans are chosen, then the user also
selects for Auto Mode. If you see that the LTE network is still showing lower
than three arrows, then the user should change the position of the Arlo
security camera with sufficient LTE signals.
The Arlo account holders make sure their Arlo camera is
positioned at least 6.5 feet from the Wi-FI signal device. There should be no
obstruction between the camera and the Internet signal. The obstructions may
comprise bricks, metallic material, cemented wall, furniture, strings of wire,
etc. The availability of such obstructions can result in a disturbance in the
LTE network.
Sometimes bad weather can cause congestion in the LTE
network, and that results in a streaming problem. So in bad weather conditions,
users should wait for a while until the weather gets normal. However, users can
try to reduce the number of devices connecting the network to abolish the LTE
coverage congestion. After reducing the number of devices, the user needs to
inspect if LTE coverage is improved or not.
Make sure the battery of the Arlo camera is fully
recharged. It is because the low battery can cause problems in video streaming.
Arlo camera consumers try below-mentioned methods for inspecting the battery
status of the Arlo camera
Visit Arlo app or type www.my.arlo.com and go to Arlo account by filling the Arlo login credentials.
When you successfully navigate to the Arlo account, visit
the
Device feed segment and search the Arlo camera
Tap on the icon showing "gear."
The battery icon will appear, and if the icon looks red
and yellow in colour, then the battery needs to be charged. But in case, you see
black colour in the icon; then it signifies then the battery is competent and
not liable for streaming issue
