- First of all, you need to open the battery compartment. And to open the battery compartment you need to press the latch & pull back gently.

- In case, you press the sync button for a long time then you will notice the LED under the USB symbol blinks when the USB LED blinks amber, which means the sync process has blocked.
- You will have to wait till the sync status LED blinks in green color.
- Press the sync button which you see on the top of the security camera. After pressing the sync button you should release it. With this, you need to check the cameras LED on the base station.
You can repeat all the above steps for all the
Arlo security cameras. If you see your sync process isn’t completed within one minute
that means you should press the button which is available top of the base station.
