present between the Arlo camera and the base station
- Make the sure distance between
the base station and router must not surpass 40 meters
- Sometimes one or more access point near to the base station leads to Wi-Fi conflict. Keep your other Wi-Fi device to stay away from the base station.

Offline issue happens then, you should take some essential steps
below:
Remove the battery from Arlo camera and then
place again and see for Camera LED status
If LED is solid green, then it indicates the base station is linked to the internet successfully.
If LED doesn’t blink, make sure that the battery is placed in a correct place properly and also the battery is not low.
Even if the fully charged battery is not
responsible for LED doesn’t light up, then it may be because of Arlo camera

Log out from your Arlo account and then login
again.
